Omnibus offer first class back up and support to all customers, with regular program updates and extensive assistance by telephone and e-mail. Our support staff are all highly experienced within the bus and I.T. industries and will provide sound advice and assistance for our extensive product range.
 
Our support service is second to none and you will be in regular contact with people who understand the demands and inner workings of the public transport industry, within both the private and public arena.

Training

Omnibus offer comprehensive product training and sessions can be accommodated on-site utilising our excellent fully equipped facilities or at customer premises.  You can be assured that Omnibus staff will have a good understanding of your business process and the association with our product.
