OmniDAS Vehicle Allocation facilitates the assignment of buses to a specific trip with all available, used and out of service vehicles clearly displayed in a real-time environment. Allocated and unallocated running boards are visibly identifiable with mismatched buses highlighted to indicate that a different bus type has been utilised. Supplementary information regarding vehicle data, branding criteria and parking locations can all add to an efficient vehicle operation.
Even within the strict regime of 100% vehicle branding, control staff will have a clear real-time picture of fleet status.
